Year-End Tasks

Each Month, we Close the Books post-reconciliation of All of the Balance Sheet Accounts and final Review of the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss (aka P&L or Income Statement). In general, You Stay Ready for your annual Tax Preparation.

Inventory requires Your Business to do, at minimum, an Annual Physical Inventory Count, which your Tax Preparer will want completed prior to doing their work. Anytime a Physical Inventory Count is done (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual), we send you the Inventory Report, You send back the Actual Counts, and True Accounts Books will make the appropriate adjustments in the system for you.

eFile Your 1099's ***Depending on your QBO Plan capabilities, we are also able to provide the service to efile all of your 1099's.

True Account Books does NOT provide Year-End Tax preparation and filing, although we will have Your Books & Reports in order, and will send your Tax Preparer anything they need, no problem! We're all in it together.
